When will my order ship?

Orders received by 12:00 p.m. CST are shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST are shipped the next day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST on Friday will ship the following business day.

When will I get my order?

Most domestic USA orders ship and are received in 2 to 5 business days and are shipped from our offices in Irvine, CA and Dallas, TX. East coast orders typically take 3-5 days, and west coast orders 2-3 days.

Our standard shipping is Ground, but we also offer Overnight and 2-Day expedited shipping when you’ve just gotta have it sooner.

How can I track my order?

Don’t worry, you’ll have a tracking number in no time. You’ll get a tracking number for your order in your inbox as soon as it ships from our warehouse.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Some products will specify free shipping, but in all other cases, how much your shipping rate is will depend on what you’re buying and how far it’s going. Put the item in your cart and enter your information to see what your rate will be.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Get Joovy delivered anywhere in the world — just know your country’s customs fees and processes to avoid unexpected delays in delivery.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax in California and Texas.

Can I make a return?

If there’s a problem with your order, don’t sweat it — we won’t leave you hanging. Here’s what you CAN return:

  • Unopened and unused items

  • Open items are subject to a 25% restocking fee

  • Purchases made within 30 days

Here’s how you can submit a return:

  1. Call our customer service team at 877-456-5049 to get your return authorization number.

  2. Ship the unused item back (shipping’s on you) to our warehouse.

  3. Get your refund in around two weeks, less any restocking fees for used items.

Can I return a stroller?

Strollers are a little different when it comes to returns.

First, make sure you test it out on a carpeted or clean surface with your child in it — we can’t accept stroller returns on strollers that have been used outside.

If it’s not what you wanted or working the way you expected, follow the return procedure above to get a refund.

The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?

Sometimes we get a little too popular for our own good around here. If you see something you want, but it’s not in stock, give us a call at 877-456-5049 or email us at sales@joovy.com to get an estimated restock date.

Due to the size of our packages, we don’t offer gift wrapping at this time.
