Review Our Return Policy:

We are happy to accept a return of your purchase from joovy.com on unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of your arrival date.

Please be aware you are responsible for the return shipping back to joovy. Please send the item back to us via a trackable insured service such as UPS or FedEx as we are not responsible for shipping issues, lost or damaged products, or costs of returns.

If we receive the product back and it has been used and has visible wear and tear, we are not able to accept it and that would void the return.

We do not accept returns from retailers, only items purchased on our site at joovy.com

– Email: Send an email to customerservice@joovy.com stating your intention to return the item. Include your order number and any relevant details about the return.

When contacting customer service, make sure to provide the necessary information, such as your order number and any specific details related to the return. This will help them process your request efficiently

2. If Your Purchase Meets the Above Requirements & Can Be Returned:

Package the Item:
Carefully pack the item you wish to return in its original packaging or a suitable alternative. Make sure to include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that were originally included.

Attach the Return Label:
Affix your return label to the package securely. Ensure that the label is clearly visible and covers any previous shipping labels or barcodes.

3. Ship the Package:
Take the package to a suitable shipping carrier and send it back to joovy using the return label. You may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, depending on the return policy.

Track the Return:
Keep a record of the return tracking number provided by the shipping carrier. This will help you track the progress of the return shipment.

4. Await Confirmation and Refund:
You should receive confirmation of the return and the refund status via email.
