Joovy has received several reports of issues with the Zoom 360 Ultralight sold form March 2020 October 2020.
Summary
Name of Product: ZOOM 360 ULTRALIGHT 806X
Hazard: Front fork may get stuck and stop turning or detach after excessive use which can lead to falling risk.
Remedy: Repair kit to replace the components in the front wheel fork for the Zoom 360 Ultralight stroller.
Consumers should stop using their stroller and contact Joovy to receive the free repair kit.

Units: The Joovy Zoom 360 Ultralight is being voluntarily recalled and was distributed in the United States. There are 9,200 units included form March 2020 to October 2020.
Affected: Zoom360 Ultralight SKUs include: 8067, 8060, 8069, 8061
Incidents/Injuries: There have been 25 cases reported, including nine incidents where the front wheel detached.
